OK...I really hope this picture appears on my blog. After many attempts all be posted on Susan's blog, I have discovered that I had to create my own Flickr account to post pictures to my blog. If this does not work, everyone will probably hear me scream throughout the building. However if this does work, it was easy to do once I understood the process. I think Flickr should not allow you to put additional blogs on your account if it does not work.

I was able to upload a picture of Kim and I with no problem to Alicia's Flickr account. That process was easy. I also think this is a good tool to organize photos.

I do not like the exercise for this week! I am so frustrated and I have a headache. I am stopping for now and will attempt this one later.

Shelfari!

I absolutely love Shelfari! It is so easy to track the books you have read and want to read in the future. The book jackets appear on the shelf which is very appealing to visual learners like myself. You also have the option to invite friends so you can track what others are reading and gather more recommendations for yourself...what an awesome Reader's Advisory Tool! I would love to see this site added to our opacs for customers to utilize or I wonder if we could create a staff Shelfari for the public to view????

RSS is really easy!

I just subscribed to 3 different feeds using my google reader and it was so easy! I subscribed to Kim's blog, Unshelved, and Children's Chapter Books via Bookletters. I am so excited. I was worried at first because I was unsure of the instructions. Yeah for me!
